Our Commitment:
1. Our GUARANTEE!
We provide 6 MONTHS guarantee, with either a replacement helper or a refund (placement fee
only). But first we must do our BEST to make it work. We will HELP! We will SUPPORT! Because
we do CARE!
2. Our SERVICE SUPPORT!
We will serve you the best we can throughout the contract with your helper. We will help you
extend your helper's contract if needed, or find a replacement helper if you so decide!
3. Our TRAINING SUPPORT!
Your needs might change or your expectations might change, and you might need some
specialised training for your helper. There are some specialised courses that will help improve
the skills of your helper. We can help you arrange this though there might be a small cost
involved. Example: Baby-care, Elderly care or cooking lessons.
4. Our COST!
We might not be the lowest. And we definitely are not the most expensive! All we can say is
that you can have value for the price you are paying. And our package is such that we try to
minimise the burden on the part of your helper! Let them have peace of mind to work for you!
5. Our HIDDEN FEES!
Oh! Yes, our hidden fees are ZERO! Our fees are transparent and up-front! There are no hidden
fees. If you have not been informed earlier or we have forgotten to inform you of any unknown
costs, we will try to absorb this cost!
6. Our MEDIATION SERVICE!
We support any mediation needed for all parties and will take a fair and partisan view. We are a
member of AEAS which do provide excellent mediation services.
7. Our COUNSELLING!
If there are needs to counsel your helper, let us know. We will help to the best of our ability.
A good match between employer and helper is most important and both parties need to be
tolerant. But you will never be alone because we are always Here!
8. Our LISTENING EAR!
We do listen, of course! If there are any areas that we need to improve, please tell us or throw
us a brick! But of course, if there are things we are doing right, please also tell us or give some
compliments!
